Located in Dana Point, California, this 62-acre marina recreational facility will be renovated and revitalized into a thriving mixed-use coastal destination, providing year-round activities for residents, boaters, and the public. The project features 119,000 SF of mixed-use program distributed across 13 buildings. This includes remodeling six existing retail and restaurant buildings and creating seven new structures consisting of restaurants, retail spaces, a visitor servicing facility, and an observation tower.

The project is designed as a contemporary coastal village built over time through a series of related, yet unique architectural interventions. The architectural language reimagines the idea of a California Coastal style, blending traditional design elements and contemporary building forms.
